We process and ship all orders within 2 business days.
The shipping cost is 39kr. pr order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Returns
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it.
How Returns Work
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at info@bornais.dk We will guide you through the return process.
A return fee of 39 DKK will be deducted from your refund to cover return handling and shipping.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
The 39 DKK return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition may be refused or partially refunded
